Differio products are kept in stock in New York ready for immediate Domestic or International delivery.

 Our Free Shipping Offer is valid for all USA orders over USD $99.00 and for all International orders over 129$  This offer is for Standard shipping only using the USPS (United States Postal Services) and does include the USPS tracking. In addition to the USPS, we offer the UPS (United Parcel Service) ground and express service including Air shipping.

SHIPPING RATES

We offer an inexpensive shipping rate for our customers. Rates are based upon the courier chosen, the size of your order, the service used, and the location delivered to. 

To check the shipping charges that apply to your order, simply start the process of creating an order, and go through to the checkout. At the checkout, you can select your destination, and shipping method and any additional costs will be calculated.

Whilst our shipping offer applies to the vast majority of countries, we are unable to extend this offer to a small number of countries due to the additional shipping expenses associated with these locations.

SHIPPING TIME:

  • USA 48 States – FREE SHIPPING and USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail: Takes approximately 3-9 business days to arrive. You will receive an email when your order ships with a tracking number.
  • USA 48 States – USPS Priority Mail Express: Same/next business day crafting plus 2-4 business days in transit,  Takes approximately 3-5 business days to arrive. You will receive an email when your order ships with a tracking number.
  • USA 48 States – UPS Ground: Takes approximately 3-6 business days to arrive
  • 3-day select – UPS Ground: Same/next business day crafting plus 3 business days in transit, for a total of 3-5 business days to your door. You will receive an email when your order ships with a tracking number and a guaranteed delivery date.
  • Next Day Shipping – UPS Air: Same/next business day crafting, plus 1 business days in transit, for a total of 1-2 business days to your door. You will receive an email when your order ships with a tracking number and a guaranteed delivery date.
  • International Shipping: International orders shipped by USPS typically arrive between 8-18 business days. But due to the parcel delivery services worldwide, all USPS delivery times are estimates, and can vary wildly, based largely on your country’s customs offices. We include appropriate paperwork, but sometimes things just take an inexplicably long time to clear customs, and there is unfortunately absolutely nothing we can do to hurry the process along. For day-specific, MUCH faster delivery, please use the UPS delivery options. Additionally, any customs duties/fees/VAT imposed by governmental authorities or local carrier shall be the customer’s responsibility. Please read the Tax & Duties below
  • Orders are generally shipped the next business day after placing your order. This excludes USA Public Holidays. Check below for the list of Public Holidays in USA. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday or the next business day.

  • Cut-off time is 2:00 p.m. EST. Orders must be received by 2:00 p.m EST for your order to ship the same day. All orders received after 2:00 p.m. EST will ship out the day after.

  •  Holiday season is "busy season", which means it is peak time for UPS and USPS. Your shipping order may face delays. Please plan accordingly and place your orders ahead of time. We are not responsible for shipping delays, even if they exceed the time mentioned above. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TAXES AND DUTIES

Your package will be subject to taxes and duties that are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Neither the Postal Service nor Differio can be held liable for any additional charges you may incur. Additional charges for Customs’ clearance must be borne by you. Differio has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Each country has their own Customs’ regulations that may or may not charge for certain types of merchandise or material included in your order. When ordering from Differio, you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Each order will be accompanied by a Customs’ form that will document what is in the package and provide a dollar amount of the value of the package. If something is damaged, they will need to know the value of the item(s). You should contact your local Customs’ office for further information.

USA SHIPPING POLICY

USA orders must provide a full address, including home, street address, Zip code and valid telephone number. Sorry, we do NOT not provide Delivery to a P.O. Box. The customer must make every effort to obtain a street address. If you should use a P.O. Box address. A Package addressed to a P.O. Box may experience delays, is not covered by any Differio or UPS or USPS Service Guarantee, and is subject to an Address Correction charge. Claims of missing orders/items adressed to P.O. Boxes will not be accecpted and will not be covered for refunds. Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted if UPS courier is chosen as the shipping carrier on the checkout page.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Your shipping and billing address must be the same. We only ship to the billing address.
International orders can checkout using credit cards, however your credit card must be issued by a bank that uses AVS (address verification system). If the AVS is not supported, you can alternatvely use PayPal.

HOLIDAYS OBSERVED

Packages are shipped out on business days. The following are a list of our holidays and considered to be a non-business day:

LOST ITEMS 

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items!

Sadly, if you provide an incorrect or incomplete address we won’t take responsibility for shipping costs. 
Also, if you make a mistake on your order, we are willing to accommodate your needs but won’t be responsible for shipping costs.
False claims of missing package won’t be honored. Meaning if USPS or UPS confirms delivery of your package but claims of not receiving package is received by Differio, we won’t be able to give a refund.

We accept returns but be aware if item was damaged, opened or used , we won’t be able to help you. Please read our returns and exchanges policy.
