You can return or exchange eligible items using one of the following options:

Please review our Return Policy below to ensure your items are eligible for return/exchange.

Click the link below to start a return:

  • Enter your order number and email. You must enter the same email you used when you placed the order.
  • Click on Request New Return
  • Locate the order. Select the items you want to return or exchange. Select the quantity, reason, condition, and resolution. You may also attach product images if needed. 
  • Please allow up to 2 business days for a return approval via email.
  • Once approved, you will receive an email with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with shipping instructions. 
  • If you have an account on differio.com, you can also start and manage your returns by logging into My Account, clicking on My Returns, and following the same instructions as above.

 ▼ U.S. RETURN POLICY 

  • Differio accepts returns and exchanges within 21 days of the order shipment date (as printed on packing slip) on items in salable condition - unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Items must be returned with the receipt and with all tags attached in its original packaging materials. 
  • Shipping items back to our facility is at your own expense, using the shipping carrier of your choice. 
  • Returns are processed within approximately 2-3 weeks. 
  • We are not responsible for damages due to shipping & handling, regular wear & wash, misuse, and accidents. 
  • Customers with an exploitative return pattern will be flagged by our system and may be banned at our discretion. 
  • Items not accepted for return or exchange: makeup/grooming products, swimwear, underwear, clearance/sample items, final sale items, and select holiday items.
  • Defective Goods & Wrong Items: In the event that you receive defective or wrong items, please contact us with details and we’ll gladly start an investigation. Customers reporting false claims will not be tolerated and may be banned at our discretion.

We offer the following return methods:

EXCHANGE

As long as the item is in stock, we’ll gladly exchange it for you. Currently, we can only process exchanges for domestic U.S. customers. We only allow one exchange per item. Exchanged items must be shipped back to the original address on file. Please review the item’s unique measurement chart before starting an exchange.

  • Want to exchange the same item for a different size or color? Return the unwanted item. After processing your return (2-3 weeks), we will ship the exchanged item to you for FREE!

  • Want to exchange the item for an entirely different product? Return the unwanted item. After processing your return (2-3 weeks), you’ll get store credit via email so you can purchase the new item separately. 

RETURN FOR DIFFERIO STORE CREDIT

  • You’ll receive a FULL refund in the form of Differio store credit via email that can be used towards future purchases. Store credit is valid only on differio.com for 6 months from the dispatch date. After processing your return (2-3 weeks), it may take several days to email store credit, using the email address provided in your original order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen store credit numbers. Store credit cannot be gifted. Paid or express shipping fees not included.

RETURN FOR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD

  • You’ll receive a refund back to your original payment method, minus shipping charges and 8% handling fee. After processing your return (2-3 weeks), your refund should appear on your account within several business days, depending on your payment provider. We cannot switch refunds onto a new or different payment method. 


 ▼ INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY 

  • Differio accepts returns within 30 days of the order shipment date (as printed on packing slip) on items in salable condition - unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • We do not accept exchanges internationally. 
  • Items must be returned with the receipt and with all tags attached in its original packaging materials. 
  • Shipping items back to our facility is at your own expense, using the shipping carrier of your choice. 
  • Returns are processed within approximately 2-3 weeks.
