At differio.com, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 21 days from the shipped date using one of the following options:

Yes, you may exchange, replace, or credit your purchase when it is presented in saleable condition. Simply read the conditions and follow the guidelines below.

  • This return and exchange policy applies to purchases from differio.com only.
  • For Differio.com purchases we offer a 21-day money back guarantee.
  • Merchandise, with the exception of makeup, swimwear, underwear and vintage/sample clothing, must be received back to our premises in New York, within 21 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip).
  • All makeup, swimwear, underwear/undergarments and vintage/sample clothing are non-returnable. (Please read carefully the Returns/Exchanges process mentioned below)
  • All items must be unworn with original packaging tags and contain their original packing materials and receipt.
  • differio.com is not responsible for damages resulting from product usage issues, or damages of shipments returned by the customer.
ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT
  • Receive a refund back to your original payment method minus shipping charges and 8% handling fee.
  • Shipping back the product to us is at your own expense, and thus can be shipped using your choice of shipping carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or credit final sale items.
  • We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at differio.com
  • We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order.
  • Please allow two to four weeks for your return to be processed and documented in our system. Once the return is processed, it can take a number of days for the credit to post to your financial institution.
DIFFERIO CREDIT
  • Return for a full store credit, Differio Store Credit may be redeemed online at our store.
  • We will dispatch a Differio Store Credit number to you as soon as your returned item arrived to our payment has been cleared. Differio Store Credit is valid for 6 months from dispatch date.
  • Store Credit will be sent in your name and to the same email that you used during the first purchase, and cannot be gifted.
  • Store Credits are sent by email, we encourage you to double check that the email you used during your first purchase is the correct email, as we can’t take responsibility for any Store Credits that are lost or used by someone other than your recipient after delivery.
  • Shipping back the product to us is at your own expense, and thus can be shipped using your choice of shipping carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot credit final sale items.
  • We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at differio.com

EXCHANGE
  • If you love your merchandise, but need a different size, color, or pattern? Exchanges can be done as long as that item’s still in stock. 
  • If you want to exchange with a different design, we will issue a Store Credit for the price of the item(s) only that can be used for ordering the new item(s). (Check the Store Credit above)
  • We don’t allow more than one exchange per item, so be sure to check the size of the item you are exchanging properly.
  • Shipping back the product to us for exchange is at your own expense, and thus can be shipped using your choice of shipping carrier. We will ship you back the exchanged product for free!
  • Unless you received an item that is defective or if we sent you the wrong item, therefore we will send you a shipping label at our expense
  • Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, final sale items.
  • Currently, we are only able to process exchanges for domestic (US) customers.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES GUIDELINES

Please follow our 4 easy steps for Returns or Exchanges. If you send us back your product without following the first two steps below, notifying us and receiving an RMA number, not only will your product be at risk for NOT being refunded but your refund will take a longer time for processing IF it is accepted. Also, you will be deducted a 16% handling fee from your total order which is double the standard return fee. Differio will NOT be held responsible for lost returns if an RMA number is not issued.

Email us from our Contact Us page, within 7 days of delivery date. In your email, state the following:

1-Your full name.

2-Discrepancy of order including order number

3- the item(s) desired to exchange or return.

4-The reason for exchange (size, defect, didn’t fit you well etc.).

5- Please mention if you like an Exchange or a Differio Store Credit, or a Return to Original Payment. Check the difference between the options above.

Differio.com reserves the right to refuse packages that do not follow return instructions.

After you send your email, wait up to 2 business days until you receive back an email from us, with an RMA number generated for you, and shipping instructions including a free return shipping label if you are entitled to.

If you don’t wait until you receive an RMA number, and you send the product without an RMA, we will not be able to process your refund/exchange. 

 

 

When packing your return, please be sure to place the RMA number on the outside of the package, near the shipping label. Please do not write RMA number on the shipping label. 

Complete the return form by filling your full name, address, order number, reason for exchange or return, and all SKU numbers of items to be returned/exchanged are required. Now include the return form inside your package and seal your package properly. Affix the shipping label, on the outside of the package. Now send your package back to us. Please be aware that the shipping should arrive to our premises within 15 days after the receipt of your RMA email. We cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages. Ship your package back to us at the following address:

FOR EXCHANGE

Once your product is received and checked that it is in sellable condition, we will initiate the exchange and ship you back the new product with a different size. If you are exchanging for a different item, you will have to file for a refund (check below), once your payment is refunded, then you can proceed with the exchange by placing a new order.

FOR REFUND

Please allow two to four weeks for your return to be processed and documented in our system. Once the return is processed, it can take a number of days for the credit to post to your financial institution.
