At differio.com, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 21 days from the shipped date using one of the following options:

U.S. RETURN POLICY

  • This return policy applies to only purchases made on differio.com.
  • We offer a 21-day return and exchange policy, within 21 days from the shipped date (as printed on your packing slip).
  • The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: makeup, grooming products, swimwear, underwear/undergarments, merchandise in clearance/sample clothing, and final sale items.
  • Items must be in sellable condition (unworn and unwashed) with original packaging tags attached, original packing materials and receipt.
  • We are not responsible for damages due to misuse, accidents or regular wear, and damages that occur during shipping and handling.
  • If you received a defective item or wrong item: Please email us with a request that you received a defective or wrong item to proceed with an investigation. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, customers reporting false claims will not be tolerated and may be restricted from differio.com at our discretion.
  • Customers with a repeated return pattern will be flagged by our system and may be banned at our discretion.
  • Please refer to our 2-Step Return or Exchange Guidelines below on how to proceed with your return or exchange. 

EXCHANGE

  • Please refer to our Return Policy above to verify if your items are eligible for exchange. As long as the items are in stock, we will gladly exchange them for you.
  • Do you want to exchange the same item for a different size or color? You must return the item you do not want. Once your return is processed, we will ship the exchanged item to you for free!
  • Do you want to exchange the item for an entirely different style? You can return the item you do not want for store credit, so you can purchase the new item separately. Please refer to Differio Store Credit below for more details on store credit.
  • Shipping the item back to our facility is at your own expense. Thus, it can be shipped using your choice of shipping carrier.
  • We do not allow more than one exchange per item. We encourage you to carefully check the item’s unique measurement chart before proceeding with the exchange.
  • Currently, we are only able to process exchanges for domestic (US) customers.

RETURN FOR DIFFERIO STORE CREDIT

  • Please refer to our Return Policy above to verify if your items are eligible for Differio store credit.
  • You’ll receive full store credit for your returned items that you can use online towards your future purchases! This credit is only valid online at differio.com.
  • We will email a unique store credit number to you as soon as we receive your returned items and payment has been cleared. Store credit will be emailed in your name using the email address provided on your original order. Thus, store credit cannot be gifted.
  • Shipping the item back to our facility is at your own expense. Thus, it can be shipped using your choice of shipping carrier.
  • Differio store credit is valid for 6 months from dispatch date.
  • Since store credit is sent via email, we highly encourage you to ensure that the email you provided on your original order is correct. We are not responsible for lost or stolen store credit.
  • Please allow approximately 2 - 3 weeks for your return to be processed in our system. Once the return is processed, it may take several days to email your store credit.

RETURN FOR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD

  • Please refer to our Return Policy above to verify if your items are eligible for original form of payment.
  • You’ll receive a refund back to your original payment method, minus shipping charges and 8% handling fee.
  • Shipping the item back to our facility is at your own expense. Thus, it can be shipped using your choice of shipping carrier.
  • We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order.
  • Please allow approximately 2 - 3 weeks for your return to be processed in our system. Once the return is processed, it may take several days for the payment to show on your account depending on your payment provider. 

RETURN OR EXCHANGE GUIDELINES

Please follow our 2 easy steps for returning or exchanging your item(s).

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you return your item(s) without following the 2 steps below, your product will be at risk for not being refunded AND your refund will take longer to process if it is accepted. Also, you will be deducted a 16% handling fee from your total order, which is double the standard return fee. Differio is NOT responsible for lost returns if an RMA number is not issued.

1. EMAIL US FIRST

Email us from our Contact Us page, within 7 days of delivery date. Your email must include these 5 details below:

  1. Your full name
  2. Order Number
  3. If you’d like to Return for Original Form of Payment, Return for Differio Store Credit, or Exchange.
  4. The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
  5. The reason for return or exchange (did not fit, defective, etc.)

 2. RECEIVE AN RMA & INSTRUCTIONS BY EMAIL

After you send your email, it may take up to 2 business days to receive an email from us. We will email an RMA number with shipping instructions and return form. If you are entitled to free shipping, we will include a free return shipping label.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
